• The candidate should read the instruction carefully while filling up the application form.
• A candidate depending on her eligibility can choose any of the group:

• The allotment of a candidate to a program is strictly in order of merit and no relaxation would be made on any consideration.
• No negative marking is made during the entrance test.
• There is no reservation for any category.
• The candidates are advised in their own interests to submit their admission forms complete in all respects. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected.
• Any attempt to influence admission process by way of recommendation will invite disqualification for the candidates.
• SOFT does not recommend any coaching class
• Vacancies arisen out of the meritorious student not joining the course will be offered to the wait listed candidates.

Application Kit (Hard Copy)
The prospectus and application form can be obtained from the institute either on cash payment of Rs 1000/- in person or by a demand draft of Rs. 1200/- in favor of "School of Fashion Technology" payable at Pune by post.

Application Kit (Soft Copy)
Candidates can download the application form and send it to SOFT along with a demand draft of Rs. 1200/- on or before 31st May 2008.

• Fill up all details and paste a passport size photograph on the Application Form.
• Send the filled up application form only through Speed Post / Courier / Registered Post. Retain the courier / postal receipt as proof of dispatch.
• On the date of entrance examination, take the admit card and report to the examination center at least 30 minutes prior the scheduled time of commencement of the examination.

• Attach a Demand Draft of Rs. 1200/- in favour of "School of Fashion Technology" payable at Pune
• Incomplete application form will not be accepted.
• Admit card will be issued by the office well in advance so that it can reach a week before the date of the entrance examination
• In case if you do not receive the admit card, you may contact the SOFT office.
• After 31st May 2008. downloaded application will not be accepted.

General Ability Test (GAT) comprises of:

• Quantitative Ability
• General English (Verbal Ability)

Managerial Ability Test (MAT) comprises of:

• Reasoning (Verbal & Non-Verbal)

Creative Ability Test (CAT) comprises of:

• Sketching
• Drawing
• General awareness

Notes:

• Payment through Demand Draft only in favour of "School Of Fashion Technology" payable at Pune.
• The CMD (Caution Money Deposit) will be refunded only after full tenure of the relevant program.
• At the time of admission, students are required to pay Admission Fee, Development fee, Caution Money Deposit in addition to Tuition fee of the Ist Semester.
• Subsequent installments are to be paid as per the time schedule mentioned above.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• SOFT does reserve the right to revise the fee structure at any time.
• Payment can be made maximum in two/three installments.
